Here is a list of the tools I am currently using. 

I plan on updating this page no more frequently than once per quarter — to keep me from busying myself from the things that actually matter. 

Still, I always enjoy reading about the setup that other creators, developers and agency owners have.

• Planning and ideating: Paper + pen 
• Primary device: iPad Mini 16 + Logitech pebble keyboard 
• CRM: Less Annoying CRM 
• Website: realnice (disclosure: they are a podcast sponsor) 
• Video: Zoom Pro 
• Scheduling: Calendly 
• Newsletters: Substack 
• Calls: iPhone + AT&T SIM 
• Drafting: Notes and GoogleDocs
• Podcast: Voice Memos, Zoom Pro, Acast, Rev, Audio Joiner 
• Banking: Wise 
• Research: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Wikipedia 

Consuming: 

• Books: I try to read physical books where possible, or otherwise read PDFs on my iPad. I track what I’m reading on StoryGraph. I’m hoping to read more books from start to finish this year. 
  
• Audiobooks: Audible. Narration is important, and I especially like it when the book is narrated by the author themselves. 
• Music: Spotify
